According to home sales data recorded through February 2023, the median sales price of homes in Yavapai County for 2022 stands at $516,000. An increase over the $453,000 median sales price from the calendar year 2021. | PRESS RELEASE

Yavapai County Assessor Releases Tax Year 2024 Notice of Value

Yavapai County Assessor Judd W. Simmons mailed just over 168,000 Notices of Value on February 17th, 2023 for the tax year 2024. These values have an effective valuation date of January 1st, 2023, and will be used to calculate 2024 tax bills. | PRESS RELEASE
