County Attorney's Office
Welcome to the interactive database of criminal cases prosecuted by the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office. It is an honor and a privilege to represent you as your County Attorney. My staff and I work hard to justify the confidence you have placed in us. This office serves more than 200,000 residents in the county. Our top priorities are to hold criminals accountable for the crimes they commit, and to ensure that the rights of crime victims are honored and respected throughout the criminal justice process. This website is our initial attempt to bring to the public easy and free access to information related to criminal cases prosecuted by this office. Please understand it is a work in progress and that we will continue our efforts to make it a better tool for the public as well as to make it free of errors.

Criminal records of offenders.  Section 22 of the Criminal Case Statistics Study Appropriation (53rd Arizona State Legislature, Second Regular Session 2018) mandates that this office publish on its website a defendant’s prior felony conviction(s). However, to do so would violate state and federal law. This office obtains such information from the Arizona central repository pursuant to state law and a licensing agreement with the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Arizona state law prohibits the dissemination of criminal justice information or criminal history records information obtained from the state central repository except as authorized by statute. See Arizona Revised Statutes sections 41-1750 et seq.

Drug Amounts. Drug amounts as recorded by the arresting officer are often not included in the report or uniformly reported. This report will therefore reflect the description by the arresting officer of the drug amounts.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
