Please be aware that some witnesses may have been placed in the Statewide Rule 15.1 Disclosure Database by more than one prosecuting agency. The Yavapai County Attorney’s Office can only provide the information it possesses, which typically will only relate to Yavapai County’s placement decision.
- If you are a prosecutor from another jurisdiction seeking information about a witness in the Statewide Rule 15.1 Disclosure Database, and wish to obtain more information about that placement, please complete this form.
