The Yavapai County Constable for the Bagdad-Yarnell Precinct covers the communities of the southwestern section of Yavapai County. These include Bagdad, Congress, Kirkland, Peeples Valley, Walnut Grove, Wickenburg, Wilhoit, and Yarnell.
The Bagdad –Yarnell Justice Precinct covers nearly 2000 square miles and serves approximately 7500 people.
Fees and Service of Process
Fee Schedule
A deposit of $150.00 is required in the form of cash, cashier’s check or money order for any process to be served, EXCEPT protective orders.
All deposits must be made out to Bagdad-Yarnell Constable.
Fees will be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be refunded back by check. Please do not mail cash.
When obtaining protective orders, writs, eviction actions and other processes issued from the Bagdad-Yarnell Justice Court, the process may be left with the court clerk.
