The Yavapai County Constable for the Seligman Justice Precinct covers the unincorporated communities of Seligman and Ash Fork and the surrounding areas within the Seligman Justice Court boundary. The Seligman Precinct covers nearly 1600 square miles and serves approximately 1,500 residents.
There have been many exciting, and colorful figures which have held the Office of Constable, including Wyatt and Virgil Earp in 1879.
Fees and Service of Process
A deposit of $120.00 in the form of cash, cashier’s check or money order for any process service, EXCEPT protective orders will initiate service.
Make deposits payable to Seligman Constable.
Fees will be deducted from the deposit, and refund the balance back by check. Please do not mail cash.
When obtaining protective orders, writs, eviction actions and other processes issued from the Seligman Justice Court, the process and deposit may be left with the court clerk.
