Effective May 2, 2022 Development Services will no longer conduct Site Investigations

Development Services will no longer conduct Site Investigations effective May 2, 2022.

Applicants must hire their own Arizona Professional Engineer, Sanitarian or Geologist to determine if the property will meet the requirements for an on-site wastewater disposal system and submit the findings at the same time as the wastewater application through the county’s web portal (Citizenserve) starting in May.

The permit type is Non-County Conducted Site Investigation and the submittal fee is $75.00.

For a list of septic-related businesses in the county, visit the Yavapai County Contractors Association online at  https://ycca.org/ or call 928-778-0040.
