Proposed EH Fee Schedule / Health Code & Ordinances Revision

Proposed Environmental Health Fee Schedule
An increase to the Environmental Health Unit Fee schedule is being recommended to the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors. The new fee schedule is necessary due to the increased cost of doing business. In addition, the new fees will more fairly cover the cost of time spent performing inspections. Courtesy presentation before the BOS will be July 20, 2022. Followed by a formal hearing to the BOS on August 3, 2022 pursuant to A.R.S. §36-187(C), A.R.S. §11-251.05(C), A.R.S. §11-251.13(2), A.R.S. §11-251.08. | PROPOSED EH FEE SCHEDULE

Proposed Yavapai County Health Code & Ordinances Revision
Proposed Revision 2022 “Yavapai County Health Code and Ordinance”. The Environmental Health department has decided to post the proposed revisions 60 days (not required) prior to the Courtesy presentation before the BOS on July 20, 2022.
