The Paulden Transfer Station recently received the Bronze Award from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality's Voluntary Environmental Stewardship Program (VESP) for exceeding statutory requirements in the cleanliness and management of the transfer station. Paulden has the highest traffic volume of all the County transfer stations, with 23,914 vehicles (including the community cleanup) using the station this fiscal year. Congratulation to the entire Solid Waste Department, particularly Brian Eden and Eric Snow, the Paulden Attendants.
