Flood risks have changed for areas around Oak Creek. If you live near Oak Creek or one of its tributaries, it is important you know if and how your flood risk has changed so that you can then make more informed decisions about reducing that flood risk. The District has created a Map Change Viewer to help show you what the changes are in the area. The following are simplified instructions for using the Map Change Viewer.
When you enter the Map Change Viewer, there will be a box that will appear with information regarding the Oak Creek Flood Study. Please read the information and click okay to proceed to the Map Change Viewer.
Enter your address or place in the search bar and hit the search icon (magnifying glass).
The Legend icon, 
allows you to view your property’s flood zone.
The Measure Area icon, 
allows you to measure the perimeter of your property.
The Measure Line icon, 
allows you to measure distance.
